These Terms and Conditions govern your use of slickplugins.com and the purchase and use of any software products offered by Gifted Hacker LLC ("we," "us," or "our") under the SlickPlugins brand. By accessing this website or purchasing any product, you agree to these terms in full.

Geographic Restrictions & Export Compliance

By purchasing or downloading any SlickPlugins product, you represent and warrant that:

• You are located in the United States of America
• You are not purchasing on behalf of any individual or entity located outside the United States
• You will not export, re-export, transfer, or make available our software to any person or entity outside the United States
• Your use complies with all applicable US export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) administered by the US Department of Commerce

We reserve the right to cancel any order and refuse service to any customer we reasonably believe is located outside the United States or is purchasing for export purposes.

Software License

SlickStock Lite

SlickStock Lite is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later (GPL-2.0-or-later). You may use, modify, and redistribute it in accordance with the terms of that license. A copy of the GPL-2.0 license is available at gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html.

SlickStock Pro

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use SlickStock Pro on WordPress sites you own or manage. This license:

• Permits installation on sites you own or directly administer
• Does not permit resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of the software or license
• Does not expire — your purchased license remains valid indefinitely
• Does not include the right to access or distribute the source code beyond what is required by the GPL

SlickStock Pro is also distributed under GPL-2.0-or-later. Notwithstanding the open-source license, the purchase price covers access to the compiled plugin download and support. Redistribution of purchased copies is not prohibited by the GPL but violates these terms of sale.

Cancellation Policy

SlickStock Pro is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no automatic renewal. Your purchase is complete at the time of transaction. There is nothing to cancel.

If you no longer wish to use the plugin, simply deactivate and remove it from your WordPress installation. No notice to us is required, and no further charges will occur.

Terms of Promotions

From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, or limited-time offers. The following terms apply to all promotions:

• One per customer. Promotional codes and offers are limited to one use per customer unless otherwise stated.
• Non-transferable. Promotional codes may not be sold, transferred, or shared publicly without our written consent.
• No cash value. Discounts and promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Subject to availability. Promotions are valid while supplies last or until the stated expiration date, whichever comes first.
• Cannot be combined. Promotional offers may not be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.
• US customers only. All promotions are subject to the same geographic restrictions as our products — available to US customers only.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our products or website to:

• Violate any applicable US federal, state, or local law or regulation
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the software
• Misrepresent your identity, location, or eligibility to purchase
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every WordPress or WooCommerce configuration. Your use of our products is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gifted Hacker LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
